oldest runner for 168km -- 25 hrs (24hrs, 44 mins and 52 sec)

www.cdc.gov/nchs --- married people tend to be healthier. 2 major theories:
1) Marriage Protection - married people have more advantages - economic resources, social and psychological support, support for healthy lifestyles.
2) Marital Selection - healthier people get married and stay married, whereas less healthy people either do not marry or are more likely to become separated, divorced or widowed.

Exercise b4 Fatty Meal
- activity may help by lowering blood fat levels and giving fat particles less opportunity for "interacting" with the vessel walls, or by giving a boost to blood flow that can last for hours afterward.

Vitamin C may be cancer fighter
- can react with and neutralize toxic by products of human fat metabolism
- an antioxidant that can help neutralise free radicals.

Acupuncture
