Resolution
1. I hereby resolve to eat more fruit, vegetables & whole grains, & fewer fried and manufactured goods.
2. To get 30-60 min of moderate to vigorous exercise 3-5 days / week.
3. To take in no more calories than I burn off, give / take
4. To get around 8 hrs of sleep / night.
5. To stay away from cigarettes and wear my seatbelt.
6. To manage stress with meditation, yoga / relaxation exercises.
7. To have satisfying relations with family & friends, bcos no matter what anybody tells me, these are among the very few things that stand a chance of helping make my life healthier, happier longer.
