Ability to raise $ is the best skill an entrepreneur can have.

Just bcos someone has the title "Sales Exec" or V.P. of Marketing" after their name does not mean they can sell.

If a business is struggling, it's often bcos the entrepreneur cannot sell or has stopped selling.

Asking for OPM (Other People's Money) for a worthy cause --> the best sales training. There was no exchange --> asking for $ without offering a product / service.

Selling over the phone --> tougher than selling face-to-face.

An entrepreneur's success is measured in OPM.
