Time

Low-value use of Time:

  • Things other people want you to do
  • Things that have always been done this way.
  • Things that have a predictable cycle.
  • Things that you don't enjoy doing.
  • Things that are always interrupted
  • Answering the phone

High-value use of Time:
  • Things that advance your overall purpose in life
  • Things that you have always wanted to do
  • Innovative ways of doing things that promise to slash the time required and / or multiply the quality of results
  • Things that other people tell you can't be done
  • Things that use your own creativity
  • Things that you can get other people to do for you with relatively little effort on your part
==> We should start to focus on what's important, not what's urgent. If we tackle what's important, there will not be any urgent stuff left.
