Time
Low-value use of Time:
- Things other people want you to do
- Things that have always been done this way.
- Things that have a predictable cycle.
- Things that you don't enjoy doing.
- Things that are always interrupted
- Answering the phone
High-value use of Time:
- Things that advance your overall purpose in life
- Things that you have always wanted to do
- Innovative ways of doing things that promise to slash the time required and / or multiply the quality of results
- Things that other people tell you can't be done
- Things that use your own creativity
- Things that you can get other people to do for you with relatively little effort on your part
==> We should start to focus on what's important, not what's urgent. If we tackle what's important, there will not be any urgent stuff left.
