Why is exercise essential?

Exercise brings many benefits, including improving mood, boosting energy, weight control, reducing the risk of chronic disease, etc. It is essential in building muscles and strong bones, promoting blood flow and better sleep quality, which will then help with our skin, brain health and memory. 

How to start?

Start modestly, then build up gradually.

Allow plenty of time for moderate walking or mild stretching to help warm up and cool down. Quicken your pace until you can maintain it for five to ten minutes without becoming too exhausted. 

AND continuing...

Increase the length of your workouts gradually as your endurance gets better. Remind yourself the WHY of exercising.
